Orchard Nursery Plant Club Terms & Conditions

Joining Orchard Nursery Plant Club will be regarded as full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

Orchard Nursery Plant Centre Ltd reserves the right to refuse an application for any reason.

Orchard Nursery Plant Club cards can be set-up in store only.

All members must be aged 18 years or over.

Only one Plant Club card can be registered per household.

Each member is entitled to one Plant Club card per person.

Plant Club cards must be scanned at time of purchase to collect or redeem points.

Members will earn 2 points per every £1 spent. Points will not be earnt when purchasing National Garden Gift Vouchers, delivery charges or garden services.

Each point earnt has a value of 0.01 GBP.

Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Points may be redeemed at any time as payment or part payment of purchases.

It is the responsibility of a member to inform Orchard Nursery Plant Centre Ltd of any changes to their details.

Orchard Nursery Plant Centre Ltd reserves the right to terminate membership if there is reasonable belief of any breach or attempted breach of the Plant Club Terms & Conditions.

Plant Club cards are the responsibility of the member.

Orchard Nursery Plant Centre Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of a Plant Club card.

Members of the Plant Club have automatically agreed to receive marketing communications from Orchard Nursery Plant Centre Ltd. Members may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing using the email link or informing a member of staff.

Orchard Nursery Plant Centre Ltd will not release a Plant Club Member’s personal details to any third party for mailing or marketing purposes.

Orchard Nursery Plant Centre Ltd may use members information to gain a better understanding of shopping behaviour and use this information to approach the member with useful information, offers, products, services and promotions which may be of interest to the member.

Orchard Nursery Plant Centre Ltd reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Plant Club at any time.
